One of the many beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada mountains we see at the dog park! Friday and Saturday we took doggies again and I walked a few laps. The dogs have benefited from getting out as much as I have. It was hot Friday, so we also went swimming. Not a great workout, but better than nothing.
Saturday night we went to dinner, then after wards we walked around the outdoor mall and hit several other store looking for some illusive hair clips for our granddaughter. More walking than I could have done a month ago!
